CNC Machining is our passion.  We produce precise components in a variety of materials including stainless steel, aluminum, steel, copper, brass, zinc, and plastic.

Castings can be an effective way to eliminate material waste and save costs compared to straight machining of components.  We machine castings that we source on behalf of our customers in a variety of processes including investment castings, pressure die castings, gravity casting, and sand casting.

Forgings can be a great alternative to casting when searching for increased strength and mechanical properties.  We can machine forgings of almost any material.

We work with two of the largest aluminum extrusion foundries in India.  Aluminum extrusions are a great option for parts with uniform cross sections that do not require the stiffness values that die castings provide.  Tooling costs are also often less expensive than die casting.
