 We have various sizes of vernier calipers. Each machine operator is equipped with calipers to perfect quality  throughout the machining process.

We have various sizes of micrometers.  They are used to measure the length, diameter, or thickness dimensions of our components and/or raw material.

Using hundreds of different size pin plug gauges, we are able to effectively ensure that holes and bores are always within toleranced ranges.

Used to measure the vertical position of a feature on a part.

We have various sizes of bore and air gauges to ensure that difficult to measure internal bore dimensions are correct.

Used to measure the Rockwell Hardness of materials and components.  We also use this to verify that heat treatment was done correctly and to specification

 Used to quickly and accurately determine surface texture or roughness of a material. Value often shown as Ra in micrometers or in microns as µm. 

 Measures the geometry of physical objects by sensing discrete points on the surface of the object with a probe. Especially useful for tight tolerance parts.
